ASUS ZENPAD 8.0

ASUS ZENPAD 8.0 review india karishma rawat
Managing a blog single-handedly means being online 24/7. You would think by now I would be in a habit of lugging around my laptop, but that is something I still find tiresome and inconvenient. Which results in me trying to finish as much as possible work from my phone or borrowing my friends’ laptop while I am on the go. When I got my hands on the ASUS ZenPad 8.0, you can only imagine my delight. The ZenPad is a boon for bloggers like me, as it makes taking care of online tasks on the go that much easier.

The ASUS ZenPad 8.0 comes with a 8 inch display, 2GB RAM and 16GB Internal storage which is expandable to up to 128GB with a microSD card. The look of the tablet is customizable with interchangeable back cover which can provide extra features. I have attached a sleek black audio cover to my tablet which functions as a flip cover and can be used as an stand. The rear camera of the device is 8 megapixel, without flash and the front camera is 2 megapixel.

If you know me well, you know that I am a big Youtube geek! The first Youtube video that I watched on my tablet was a stand up comedy show by top female comedians called “Women who kill.” The audio quality with the audio cover which enables immersive 5.1-channel surround sound is fantastic! I am having a hell of a good time catching up with my daily dose of Youtube on this device.

The ASUS ZenPad 8.0 can also be used to make and receive calls and supports 3G as well as 4G. I won’t be using the ZenPad to make calls but it is surely a feature that can be feasible for many. Another feature that I like is its Bluelight Filter, which will be helpful while reading ebooks as it helps reduce eye fatigue. The battery life of the device on average is 8 hours and an ASUS Powercase is also available which can extend the tablet’s battery life by up to 16 hours. I have not been into games for sometime now, but my chess buddy is looking forward to play a chess match with me on the ZenPad the next time we meet!

Along with the audio cover, the price of the ASUS ZenPad comes to INR 17,999, which makes it a frontrunner in functionality amongst the tablets of the same price range. If you are contemplating on getting this sleek and handy tablet for yourself, head over to ASUS’ website to get in-depth reviews and information about the device.
