Café Coffee Day's Brain Freeze Style Meet

Last week I had a refreshing evening at Café Coffee Day, where I was introduced to their latest launch "Brain Freeze” at the “Brain Freeze Style Meet.”  

It was quite a fun evening. My hair and makeup was taken care of by celebrity beauty expert Marvie Ann Beck. I loved the look I got-braids and bold lips! I was happy to be associated with the rich flavor of Iced Eskimo for the outfit while I got styled by Superdry.

Jean-Claude Biguine's Monsoon Party!

Rhea from "Fuss" hosted a monsoon party in collaboration with Jean Claude Biguine last Sunday. It was such a pleasant afternoon where all of us bloggers got to interact with the JCB team and learn hair and makeup tips for this season.

The JCB team created this side pony with a twist on me which literally took like five minutes!

Grandkids: We are going for practice of our "Interstate lightsaber tournament" grandma, see you in the evening! 

Me: Hold it right there kiddies! Have you applied sunscreens with adequate protection from UVA and UVB rays?
 
Grandkids: Umm.. no Grandma, actually it’s already late afternoon. And we would only be gone for an hour..
 
Me: ch.ch.ch..*shaking my head in disapproval, I continue* How do you think I have got such great skin at this age kiddies? Along with a diet rich in antioxidants, I have used sunblock every day without fail. Now that reminds me Grandkids, have I told you about that awesome "Neutrogena Indiblogger meet"?

Grandkids: Umm, Granny, as much as we would like to know the secrets of your beautiful skin, we were kind of getting late for the practice..

Me: Oh…. okay, nevermind,*in a sad little voice with puppy dog eyes, I say* I will just sit here ALONE for a while and do some OLD people stuff. Anyway nobody listens to me these days, it was foolish of me to think that you would want to spend some time with this old women.. Nobody has time to sit and talk with me, not you, not your parents…

Grandkids: Okay Grandma okay!! We still have some time before the practice… umm please tell us about the meet..

Me: Oh Lovely!!*This always works on these suckers, haha!* So, the Neutrogena Indiblogger meet had taken place atJW Marriot in Juhu. Wait let me show you some pictures.

I did get bummed by the fact that Anoop forgot to make us do "hurrrr-hurrrr" at this meet.

Grand-kids, have I ever told you about that awesome HP Connected Music Indiblogger Meet? Now this may be hard to believe, but in the year 2013 the illegal activity of downloading music and movies from the web was in full swing. 

Grand-kids: Really? Did you ever download anything illegally Grandma?

Me: *Fits of coughing* Of course not. ahem..

Dove All Women's Blogger Meet

Not so recently(last month) I attended all women’s blogger meet organised by Dove in association with Indiblogger. And oh boy, oh boy,……… it was so much fun!

I must be the last blogger to post about it, but i do have a good excuse :D i couldn't find the USB cable for my camera.

We were also given Dove hampers(which I am loving btw). Will be reviewing them soon.
