The Body Shop Tea Tree skin clearing foaming cleanser (review)

The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Foaming Cleanser (Review)
Price: INR 450
What it claims: Wash away make-up, dirt and excess oil and unclog pores with a zesty, refreshing, lightweight liquid-to-foam cleanser.
How it works: Lemon tea tree and Community Trade tea tree oil from Kenya contain properties that help fight blemishes and prevent new ones from forming.
Tamanu oil from Madagascar has a soothing effect and helps to calm irritation and redness.
Menthol creates a cool fresh tingle that leaves skin feeling refreshed.
A non-aerosol pump transforms the liquid formulation in the bottle into a light, silky foam.
QuickView
I’ll tell you a secret. My brother has bought this cleanser and as far as I know he has no idea that I am using this.J The body shop tea tree foaming cleanser comes in a pump bottle. It has the typical tea tree fragnance.
Pros
Makes skin clearer. Tea tree is well known for its anti-bacterial  properties and is beneficial for acne prone skin.
Cons
Too strong. Dries out skin.I cannot imagine using it twice a day, using it once a day dried out my skin enough. My brother did not experience this problem though.
I believe this cleanser would be too strong for people with sensitive skin.
I did not find it that useful in making the skin clear. Did not help with blackheads as well.
My Rating: 2.5/5
Paisa Vasool: Not for me. Then again people do like this product, you can give it a try if your skin is not dry or sensitive.
Would I buy again: No
[ I remember using Ayur tea tree facewash when I was in school, it helped me and a lot of my friends with acne problem. It used to cost like 40 bucks or something. I have not seen it in stores since a long time, but if you have problem skin and find it somewhere, please do give it a try.]
